The Wholesome Child Nutrition Guide and Recipe Book is designed to assist parents transition their children’s diets to a healthier and more nutritionally balanced, wholesome way of eating. It’s a work that’s been many, many years in the making and combines more than a decade of my research and knowledge as a paediatric nutritionist and feeding consultant, plus personal experience being a busy working mum of two gorgeous, highly spirited and sometimes fussy kids.

About Wholesome Child

Mandy Sacher is a paediatric nutritionist, founder and CEO of Wholesome Child and mum of two gorgeous children. She is extremely passionate about children’s health and wellbeing, and has dedicated her life to the study of childhood nutrition, sharing her wisdom and experience with busy parents and caretakers through her private practice in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
