The Wholesome Child Nutrition Guide and Recipe Book
The Wholesome Child Nutrition Guide and Recipe Book is designed to assist parents transition their children’s diets to a healthier and more nutritionally balanced, wholesome way of eating. It’s a work that’s been many, many years in the making and combines more than a decade of my research and knowledge as a paediatric nutritionist and feeding consultant, plus personal experience being a busy working mum of two gorgeous, highly spirited and sometimes fussy kids.
The strategies and recipes contained in this book have been embraced by many of my clients and attendees of the regular nutritional seminars I run, with amazing and inspirational results…
This book will be the only resource you’ll need to transition your children from processed foods to a healthy and nutritious diet.
